The plan hereafter gives all the measurements directly from the kite.
Before cutting the material you must add margins :
-
two centimeters margin to make a fold
(on all the sail sides)

two centimeters margin to assemble material
pieces
Note that the two triangles are not assembled strictly aligned, but are
shifted with 7 cm from a straight line going through the top of the kite.

sail is done with spinaker material,
-
top of the sail is "ventilated" with a 3 centimeters mesh band,
-
sheaths and reinforcements are done with dacron material,
-
the armature is done with carbon fiber bars.
