MILLIE - French Military kite

French military kite design needs quite a strong wind (ours won't fly below 10 km/h), but is extremely stable, superbely controllable and has an enormous pull. It can carry so much it is perfect for kite aerial monitoring. Our Millie is 2 meters high and wide, made of ripstop nylon. and 11 mm carbon spars (this is a total overkill - those spars were th only ones we could get that were 2 m long). Millie has 3,3 sq m area and weights 735 grams.
