This is the knot that I have seen used by Peter Lynn to attach bridles to his big kites like the Manta Ray and Octopus and Trilobite. Greens of Burnley uses it on their big pieces too. It is a 100% knot that can be untied after being in place for years. It can also be adjusted by changing the location of the Stop Knot (Overhand) at the end. On a Green's piece, it would be typically tied to a tab of webbing. On a Peter Lynn piece, it would be tied around a junction of 2 pieces of Super Ripstop (200 lb line).
